Christine Tucker grew up Gwinnett County and attended the University of Georgia. After graduating, she got her Masters Degree from Georgia State and became a school counselor in Gwinnett County. Her heart was still back in Athens though, and she and her husband moved to Athens in 2001 despite a 3 hour daily commute. With the birth of her first child, the commute stopped and she began spending her time volunteering in the community and running a small preschool. After the birth of her twins, she found a wellness company that she was passionate to promote. She was able to help people reach their health and wellness goals.
In 2012, Christine and her family moved to Watkinsville to their dream home. Selling her own home by owner in a tight market and the search for a new home, sparked a desire to help others with their real estate needs and become a realtor. Being awarded the “New Face of the Year” award by the Athens Area Board of Realtors emphasized Christine’s desire to help and serve her clients. She loves working with both buyers and sellers and has helped everyone from first time home buyers to people buying investment property. Her counseling experience grounds her in the importance of listening and communicating while her sales experience makes her a savvy negotiator.
