Meet Jennifer

REALTOR®
As a second-generation Real Estate Agent, Jennifer Bell grew up in sunny Ventura, California. Watching her mother sell real estate for over 40 years, Jennifer not only learned the tools of the trade, she developed a lifelong passion for the industry in all its forms.

Jennifer’s love of the outdoors was cultivated while she attended the University of Montana in Missoula where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management. After college, she settled in West Yellowstone and Wolf Creek, Montana where her love for travel, the outdoors, and real estate came together perfectly. While there, Jennifer built and owned several homes. She maintains a residence there today.

Jennifer has also lived in Hawaii where taught movement education in public K-12 schools and at the University of Hawaii. While in Hawaii Jennifer and her husband built their dream home on a small farm that included donkeys, horses, chickens, and sheep.

In 2014, news of a new grandchild brought Jennifer and her family back to Athens. A native Athenian, Jennifer’s husband was able to quickly acclimate her to all that Athens holds dear. Jennifer and her husband, Lanier, have two children in high school, Cameron and Ruby. Cameron is a senior at Athens Academy and Ruby is a sophomore at Clarke Central High School.

When not working on real estate, Jennifer plays with her grandchildren, rides horses with her daughter, attends Orange Theory Fitness, and teaches dance to developmentally disabled adults.

Jennifer combines the love for the industry and passion for teaching to guide her clients through the process of buying and selling a home. Jennifer understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in her clients’ lives and views representation and guidance of this process as a true privilege. Call Jennifer for all your real estate needs.
