Anyone who knows Christine knows she’s never met a stranger. Always up for a challenge, Christine has an adventurous spirit and applies that to the home buying and selling process without fail. You know the old saying, “When God closes a door, somewhere He opens a window.” Well, not to be deterred by an empty lockbox, Christine has been known to open that window and crawl in herself.
Christine has lived in the Athens area since she attended UGA in the early 90’s with just a brief stint back in metro Atlanta when she attended graduate school to get a masters in counseling. In 2012, Christine and her family moved to Watkinsville to live in a community where she and her kids could walk to shops and restaurants. You may even run into her strolling to Jittery Joes to meet friends or walking her dog, Murphy.
In her ninth year as a realtor, Christine’s three teenagers will tell you that she still loves being a realtor. If she isn’t renovating her own home, she is dragging her gang on house tours on their travels. Once on a bike ride in Virginia, she even stopped off at an open house on the trail. Compelled to learn the ever changing market, she also keeps up to date with design trends and is happy to find creative solutions for her clients.
Christine is an active member of her community. She serves on Watkinsville City Council and is an active member of Resurrection Presbyterian Church.
Christine uses her experience to promote 3tree’s commitment to excellent customer service, knowledge of the market, and educating and informing their clients. She loves helping first time home buyers navigate the process (there is no such thing as a bad question), and also enjoys helping retirees figure out where they want to settle next. Her favorite challenge is helping a family sell their current home while they search for the next one. While the majority of Christine’s business is in Oconee and Clarke Counties, she has helped people buy and sell property in Oglethorpe, Madison, Morgan, Walton, and Barrow counties as well. Call Christine when you are ready to embark on your next buying or selling adventure. You know she’s up for the challenge.
