Meet Sarah Grace
InternSarah moved to Athens in 2020 all the way from Rochester New York to pursue her real estate dreams at the University of Georgia. Reflected by her major choice in Housing Development and Policy, Sarah Grace is a career-focused and motivated individual who’s guaranteed to show up for our clients. Her bubbly personality and conscientious work ethic make her a very valuable resource at our firm. She could not be more eager and grateful to continue to learn from and work alongside our experienced staff. Here at 3tree Realty, we are exceedingly thankful to have Sarah Grace as an asset beyond the summer and for the remainder of her time here at UGA in Athens. In addition to her full-time academic and extracurricular schedule, Sarah Grace shows up for us consistently at least 3 days a week at the office, never without a smile on her face and our favorite, a go-getter attitude.
A “people-person” at heart, she is sure to win you over with her friendly demeanor and attention to detail. When she’s not working or studying, Sarah Grace is an active member of her sorority Alpha Delta Pi, and at our local Athens Church. Her networking skills have come in handy both inside and outside of the office environment as she has a knack for impressing our clientele and closing a deal. She’s also an avid dog lover, as she has 3 Labrador Retrievers back at home that she calls family. To that end, Sarah also has a hobby of taking in foster dogs through the local Three Dog Night Rescue in Athens.
Sarah Grace is a huge asset to us at 3tree Realty, we can always count on her to go the extra mile and devote extra time to a task of her own accord. She likes to joke that when she completes a task, she “writes her name on it”, meaning she takes accountability and pride in her work. Sarah Grace does not cut corners, her desire to succeed in this field is evident in her work output.
