The Boulevard and Cobbham neighborhoods are home to some of the oldest and most stately Antebellum and Victorian homes in Athens. Cobbham, which is situated on the south side of Prince Avenue, roughly between Pope Street and King Avenue, is regarded as Athens’ earliest suburb, dating back to the 1830’s.

The Boulevard neighborhood, on the opposite side of Prince Avenue, was once served by a streetcar running down its wide, picturesque thoroughfare that connected residents with downtown Athens.

Featuring a mix of Antebellum, Victorian, Craftsman, cottages, an new construction, the Boulevard features homes that reflect the eclectic mix of artists, musicians, academics, professionals, builders and chefs who call it home.
