Helping people buy and sell homes is a large part of 3tree Realtyʼs business, and we love what we do. That said, we must never forget how blessed we are to do a job we love: helping others achieve the ʻAmerican Dreamʼ. However, there are many people today that are struggling financially. We believe it is our privilege and obligation to come alongside those among us who are in need, and help them realize their dream to also own a home.

3tree Realtyʼs commitment is to give a minimum of 10% of every dollar earned to organizations that serve this end.

We currently support these organizations:

Downtown Academy

Downtown Academy seeks to provide an excellent and rigorous Christ-centered education that builds knowledge, character and purpose to children of low-income, inner-city Athens families.  As a division of Downtown Ministries, Downtown Academy seeks to bring personal, family and community renewal by reaching Athens youth and their families with the Christian gospel and equipping them for a life of meaning, purpose and joy.  Downtown Academy is currently accepting applications for k-5th grade.

Athens Area Habitat for Humanity

Athens Area Habitat for Humanity provides strength, stability, & self-reliance through shelter to neighbors-in-need in Clarke, Oconee, & Oglethorpe counties.   They are dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide by constructing homes, rehabilitating and preserving homes, advocating for fair and just housing policies, and providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions.  Habitat’s long-term dream is to eradicate housing projects around the world, and to replace them with solid, single-family homes built hand-in-hand by volunteers and the future owners themselves.
