Ceci Churchwell at 3tree Realty was a delight to work with -- knowledgable, responsive, professional, and so nice! We first worked with her as a property manager for our rental home and then later, as the realtor when we sold that home to wonderful tenants she had found for us. I originally went with 3tree for a couple of reasons -- first, they had a great houses-for-lease website that I would have liked using if I'd been looking for a rental, and also, the houses on the website were fully occupied, which confirmed that 3tree was finding and keeping tenants for their clients. Second, several property management companies in Athens just plain ignored my e-mail and phone inquiries -- but Ceci responded immediately and was well-organized and professional -- I loved her from the start. We had an unusual and potentially hard-to-rent property, but she found us fantastic tenants within days. It was smooth and seamless to have her handle all of the details -- we never had to worry about anything (it was so stress-free I would sometimes forget we still owned the property!) We had not planned to put the house on the market, but midway through the lease, our tenants inquired about buying and basically made an offer we couldn't refuse. Ceci handled everything for the sale, and it was a smooth and friendly transaction. I would recommend Ceci and 3tree Realty to anyone, whether renting, buying, or selling a home -- fantastic experience!
