I could not have asked for a better experience with 3tree Realty. Both Ceci and Lauren far exceeded my expectations, not one single things stands out above the others - in my opinion, they did everything right. From answering numerous phone calls, gathering information, all the many questions I asked, showing and re-showing properties (because I couldn't make up my mind) to finally closing day, they checked all the boxes. They treated me like they had known me forever and I felt so relaxed & comfortable around both of them, it was like being with a friend. As a first time home buyer 3 years ago I reached out to Ceci and she was always readily available to answer all my questions and made sure I was aware and understood the entire process! She helped walk us through the entire process, listened to what we wanted in a home, and made our buying experience stress free and seamless! Naturally when deciding to move out of state last month I reached out to Ceci. We decided to list our home, and I had concerns that it may take some time to sell. There were already multiple homes in my neighborhood that have been listed and not sold. I should have known better!! Ceci went to work right away listing and showing my home to potential buyers!! I had not even had time to drive to my new home before she had a solid offer for the house!!! The house was listed and sold in just under a months time. Being a first time seller this time and in the middle of a cross country move Ceci and Lauren were there to answer every question. Ceci Churchwell at 3tree Realty was a delight to work with -- knowledgable, responsive, professional, and so nice! We first worked with her as a property manager for our rental home and then later, as the realtor when we sold that home to wonderful tenants she had found for us. I originally went with 3tree for a couple of reasons -- first, they had a great houses-for-lease website that I would have liked using if I'd been looking for a rental, and also, the houses on the website were fully occupied, which confirmed that 3tree was finding and keeping tenants for their clients. Second, several property management companies in Athens just plain ignored my e-mail and phone inquiries -- but Ceci responded immediately and was well-organized and professional -- I loved her from the start. We had an unusual and potentially hard-to-rent property, but she found us fantastic tenants within days. It was smooth and seamless to have her handle all of the details -- we never had to worry about anything (it was so stress-free I would sometimes forget we still owned the property!) We had not planned to put the house on the market, but midway through the lease, our tenants inquired about buying and basically made an offer we couldn't refuse. Ceci handled everything for the sale, and it was a smooth and friendly transaction. I would recommend Ceci and 3tree Realty to anyone, whether renting, buying, or selling a home -- fantastic experience!
